Mr. Anil Bagdi: An Inspiring Journey of Service, Compassion, and Dedication

My name is Anil Bagdi. I am working as a Junior Engineer (JE) in the Electricity Department. My interest in social service dates back to the year 2000. This spirit of service and dedication towards society was inherited from my respected father, Shri Banwari Lal Bagdi Ji. His social work and commitment to humanitarian service deeply influenced my life and inspired me to work for the underprivileged and needy sections of society.

From the very beginning, my primary focus has been on the education of children living in slum areas, women empowerment, and supporting children from economically weaker families. My constant objective has been to ensure that no child from a poor family is deprived of his or her dreams due to a lack of resources. Along with motivating children to pursue school and college education, I have always tried to provide every possible support to deserving students seeking higher education in fields such as medicine, engineering, and other professional courses.

With the aim of organizing social service activities in a structured manner, I established the “Mahila Evam Youth Utpidan Nivaran Manch Trust” in 2022. Through the trust, various welfare activities related to women, youth, education, healthcare, social awareness, and public welfare were incorporated into its constitution and continuously implemented. These initiatives include organizing blood donation camps, providing self-defense training, establishing libraries for education, and many other social welfare programs.

In the year 2023, an incident occurred that completely changed the direction of my life. While assisting a distressed woman in the Narnaund region along with my team, I came across a mentally challenged, helpless, and destitute woman. Witnessing her pain and struggle deeply disturbed me. Her condition left such a profound impact on me that I lost sleep over it and resolved to help her. After discussing the matter with my team, we collectively decided to establish an ashram.

Sushil Gautam

President

Sushil Kumar Gautam – Social Worker & Accounts Professional

Sushil Kumar Gautam, son of Shri Raj Kumar, is a resident of Village Fransi, District Hisar, Haryana. He was born into a middle-class family and completed his education up to Graduation. Known for his simple, humble, and cooperative nature, Sushil Kumar Gautam has always possessed a strong desire to help others and contribute positively to society from an early age.

His father was a cricket player, and inspired by him, Sushil developed a passion for cricket during his childhood. He established his identity in rural-level cricket tournaments as a right-hand batsman, medium-fast bowler, and all-rounder. Although family and resource-related limitations prevented him from pursuing sports at a higher level, his passion for the game remains strong even today.

His journey in social service began in 2014. He started his social work activities in his village, which included conducting cleanliness drives, plantation campaigns, raising important village issues, helping needy individuals, arranging sports equipment for players, encouraging youth participation in social activities, and organizing emergency blood donation campaigns.

Sushil Kumar Gautam has a special interest in reading, writing, learning new things, and maintaining fitness. He is also very fond of reading books and working out in the gym.

In 2022, he joined the Mahila Evam Youth Utpidan Nivaran Manch organization and served as its Treasurer. Impressed by his honesty, dedication, and excellent work ethic, the organization entrusted him with the responsibility of President. At present, along with providing administrative leadership to the organization, he is also handling responsibilities related to Accounting & Financial Records Management, Bookkeeping, Audit Support, and Financial Documentation & Reporting.

Through his continuous efforts, spirit of service, and leadership abilities, Sushil Kumar Gautam has established his identity in social service not only at the village level but also at the State Level. His mission is to continue working for the underprivileged, needy, and helpless sections of society and contribute toward building a positive and empowered society.

Ravina – A Journey of Care, Compassion, and Service

Ravina is a resident of Dhani Sanchla and is a dedicated young woman committed to serving humanity through healthcare and social service. With a strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact on society, she continues to pursue her academic and professional goals with determination and sincerity.

She completed her 10th standard from HBSC Government High School and her 12th standard from HBSC Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Bhuna. Driven by her interest in healthcare and patient care, she pursued GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences. Currently, she is further enhancing her knowledge and skills by pursuing Post B.Sc. Nursing from Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences.

Alongside her studies, Ravina is serving as a Cashier at Hamara Prayas Mandbuddhi Mahila Anath Ashram, operated by Mahila Avam Youth Utpidan Nivaran Manch. Through her role, she actively contributes to the smooth functioning of the organization and supports its mission of serving underprivileged, helpless, and mentally challenged women.

Known for her simple nature, caring attitude, and compassionate heart, Ravina believes in the values of kindness, service, and humanity. Her dedication to both healthcare and social welfare reflects her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

As a passionate nurse in the making, she continues to move forward with the vision of providing care, comfort, and support to those in need while contributing to the creation of a healthier and more compassionate society.

I dedicate my time to serving the women residing at Hamara Prayas Mandbuddhi Mahila Anath Ashram, Hisar, and contribute to various activities and initiatives carried out by the ashram. I serve as a Management Committee Member at Hamara Prayas Mandbuddhi Mahila Anath Ashram, Hisar. Since the establishment of the ashram, my sincere effort has been to ensure that the orphaned, destitute, and mentally challenged women residing here receive the love, respect, care, and secure environment of a family.

I play an active role in the daily management of the ashram, the care and well-being of the residents, the fulfillment of their essential needs, and the organization of various social welfare and service activities. For me, contributing to positive changes in the lives of these women and helping them experience a sense of belonging is not merely a service—it is a responsibility toward humanity.

As a homemaker, I deeply understand the importance of family. This understanding inspires me to treat every woman residing in the ashram as a member of my own family and to care for her with compassion and dedication.
